- Provide advice, assistance and support to young people during the night time period
- Act as an appropriate role model and to work closely with the young people to enable them to address their difficulties and achieve their potential
- Raise any concerns with the Registered Manager/ other senior staff as appropriate (including anything relating to safeguarding or health & safety related
- Ensure all relevant allocated tasks are completed
- To lone work for the majority of your shift (with sleep-in person on site for emergencies)
